The branch is managed by Adam Glee, who is a Associate Partner to the firm. We take an active and integrated approach to the local community, giving support through sponsorship to local good causes, such as the Rowans Hospice, and schools.

The lettings department is managed by Sam Mullen, he has vast experience in the rental sector and can offer sound advice and guidance throughout the letting and management of your property. In addition to sales and lettings we also offer financial planning and mortgage advice from our in house Financial Adviser Tracy Farrington who can offer friendly and impartial advice and knowledge in every aspect of your financial needs.

Adam started his Estate Agency career back in 1999 after working as a mortgage advisor for a High Street Bank. Part of his role there was to cover the Estate Agency side of the business which he thrived on, so much so, he decided to make a permanent move into that part of the trade. Starting as Sales Negotiator, Adam swiftly saw a promotion to Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuation Manager, Sales Manager and is now an Associate Partner managing both the Park Gate and Whiteley branches. His career path has taken him to various locations across Hampshire giving him a sound knowledge and understanding of the area which he feels is essential in providing the best advice to his clients and thinks that with the Beal’s work ethic, structure and unique service, Adam can deliver the best estate agency experience possible.

Sam joined the Beals group in 2014 working in Park Gate as a trainee lettings negotiator. After winning numerous quarterly competitions from Park Gate and receiving excellent customer feedback, Sam was promoted to Senior Lettings negotiator and put on our internal management program by his peers. Sam joined the Gosport office in 2015 where he achieved an accolade for letting the most properties for Beals during the financial year. Sam then progressed to manage the Eastleigh branch, which went on to hit target in the 2016 financial year. In recognition of his success he was promoted to the lettings managers’ role in Park Gate where he continues to make an impact
