Bitterne is a suburb located on the eastern side of the river Itchen. The area is particularly popular amongst families due to the access to schools, the motorway links as well as being just a trip over the river to the city centre.

Eastleigh is part of the picturesque Hamble Valley area stretching along the River Hamble and Solent, including Bishop’s Waltham, Bursledon, Botley, Netley Abbey, and Hamble. At the heart of Eastleigh town centre is The Point, a contemporary performance space that offers a diverse programme of dance, theatre, comedy, film, children’s theatre and music. The venue also runs many different dance classes for all ages and a great youth theatre and youth dance company. In the evenings you can also visit the new 9 screen cinema and bowling complex at the Swan shopping centre.

Fareham

Fareham is a market town at the north-west tip of Portsmouth Harbour, between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton in the south east of Hampshire. It gives its name to the borough that comprises the town and its surrounding area.

Gosport

Whilst predominately urban, Gosport offers a significant amount of open space. This coupled with its waterfront makes Gosport an attractive location. With such great access to the water, it is inevitable that sailing and other watersports are in abundance. The unspoilt beaches of Stokes Bay and Lee-on-the Solent with their breath-taking views across to the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth Harbour are great for soaking up the sun, swimming or walking along the calming waters of the coastline, stretching from Gilkicker to Hillhead.

Havant is a great location both to live and for investment. The area is diverse, with bustling town centre, rural villages and seaside locations. Havant has excellent transport links to Portsmouth, Southampton and London. Havant town centre offers a parade of local shops, as well as two very popular retail parks and three supermarkets. A short drive from Havant is Hayling Island, a picturesque seaside location attractive to tourists and those looking for a great place to retire.

Excellent communications, good schools, a wide choice of residential locations and types of property, plus easy access to areas of outstanding natural beauty such as the New Forest, make this a very attractive place in which to live.

This area is extremely popular with families due to the outstanding ofstead reports of the local schools, we are ideally located to Junction 9 on the M27 for those who need easy access to the motorway and we also have a local train station for access to neighbouring cities as well as commutes into London. We are situated on the edge of the River Hamble with Swanwick Marina being close by as well as Holly Hill Woodland and nature reserve which is extremely popular with local dog walkers.

Portsmouth

Portsmouth is mainly located on Portsea Island and thus making it the only Island city in the United Kingdom. Having roots back to 501 AD, the original settlement was thought to have been founded by Port the pirate. Portsmouth has been made most famous by its Naval heritage with some off histories most famous warships such as, HMS Warrior, King Henry VIII flagship the tudor carrack Mary rose and to this day the worlds oldest commissioned warship HMS Victory.

Southsea

Southsea is a seaside resort located in Portsmouth at the southern end of Portsea Island in the county of Hampshire in England. Southsea is within a mile of Portsmouth’s city centre. Southsea has a thriving commercial area which includes two national department stores and many other well-known high street chains. It combines these large stores with numerous independent traders which includes charity shops, food retailers and furniture/household goods shops.

Waterlooville

Waterlooville is located within close proximity to the A27 & A3 junctions, which means it is ideal for commuting to all the major urban conurbations on the Hampshire and West Sussex coast. The town is celebrating its 200 anniversary in 2015. The larger urban area has three motorway junctions, from Purbrook in the South to Horndean in the North. The diversification means you can be located in urban town centre, and within a few minutes you are in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, and can visit one of its many popular local pubs.

Whiteley is a community in the county of Hampshire near Fareham. The development straddles the boundary between two council districts: the Borough of Fareham to the south and east, and the city of Winchester to the north and west. Whiteley contains a residential community, retail and a business park.Whiteley also has a shopping Centre which opened in 2013 with many High Street names but there are also other units that were specifically earmarked for local enterprises
